hello! i'm a photographer, half marathon runner, wife, and most importantly, a mom! i started my journey to getting healthier eight months after my son was born. three months post baby i was back to my pre-pregnancy weight but my body wasn't the same. i ran a half marathon at six months post baby but it didn't seem to do the trick. my clothes didn't fit right anymore and i was uncomfortable in my own skin. i was eating anything i wanted and feeling deflated and out of energy. i finally decided to do something about it and started the 21 day fix!
i was amazed by the results and lost 9 pounds in one round of the 21 day fix! i was hooked and knew this was a product i wanted to tell everyone how great it is. i not only lost the pounds but i also feel more full of energy and i have the strength to throw my son up in the air and watch him giggle with glee.
and now? i'm officially a wellness coach. i'm starting my first challenge group in february and i can't wait to see how everyone likes it! i'm hoping to share tips, encouragement, recipes, and lots of pictures ( i am a photographer after all :) ) on my blog. so follow along and watch my journey...
